Projects

Submit your own project by sending us an email with your project details. If your project meets the compliance standards, we can proceed with a structured project finance solution.

1. Due-diligence review

Within your email, please provide us with the following information. If you have not filled out the NDA, you must do this first before emailing us. Please provide the following,

a. Proof of funds (POF), a bank statement, a screenshot of bank account funds, or a letter from client’s bank stating available funds.

b. Picture of client’s passport.

c. Clients must provide a (RWA) ready willing and able to wire the funds on request. The RWA must be on their company letter head.

d. Project plans.

2. We will get in contact with you for next steps

Once you've passed through compliance, clients can then submit their request to order the SBLC.

Sign an (MoU), Memorandum of Understanding.

An SLBC purchase order invoice with wire instructions will be presented to the client.

3. SBLC Purchase

i. Once funds have been received, we can then order the SBLC to accommodate your project funding needs.

ii. After the SBLC is purchased, the (DoA) deed of agreement will arrive within 2-5 business days.

iii. After signing the DoA, trading cycles will be for 1-year 1-day.

iv. Funds get dispersed within 30-45 days after the DoA is singed.

v. All funds must be used for project funding use only.

Clients must show they are ready to move forward and wire funds before any SBLC contract is ordered. Please email us with all the required information "a-d" or you will be rejected. The Rules of the Road will apply to all clients.
